Subject: FY26 Pay Rate Update
Effective Date: October 3, 2025

Robertson County EMS is pleased to announce the updated pay structure for Fiscal Year 2026, reflecting our continued investment in a professional, high-performing EMS team.

🔹 Full-Time Staff (Fluctuating Work Week Pay Scale)

Beginning FY26, full-time field staff will be compensated based on the following weekly pay ranges (excluding differential and specialty pay):

• EMT-Basic: $900 – $1,150/week
• Advanced EMT: $1,000 – $1,250/week
• Paramedic: $1,200 – $1,450/week

🔹 PRN Staff Hourly Rates

• EMT-Basic: $18 – $20/hour
• Advanced EMT: $21 – $23/hour
• Paramedic: $24 – $26/hour

These ranges do not include differential pay such as Field Training Officer (FTO).
